THE BBF JOURNAL

What’s moving.
What’s next.

Product progress, company updates and the ideas taking shape across our eight technologies.

GLYX on Mac. Building the next chapter.

The GLYX free trial is available now as a direct download for supported Apple Silicon Macs. Bring related files into one growing archive, reuse compatible structure and recover the exact originals you choose.

Our Apple Developer membership is active and the Mac App Store distribution certificates have been issued. We are preparing the Store edition and its submission. Mac work proceeds independently of the separate Windows release.

Start with seven days on one supported Mac and 100 GB of cumulative original input. No card is required and the trial does not become a paid subscription automatically. Follow the current download notes for compatibility, installation and import limits.

Find your next step. Watch it happen.

The revised GLYX guide brings signup, Mac setup, archiving and recovery into 13 chapters. Choose a chapter to go straight to the part you need, with captions and a matching transcript alongside the film.

The wider video library now groups the work into Start here, Product films, Results & tests and Earlier films. Explore the software, the recorded results and the ideas behind the BBF family in one place.

A little clarity, without losing your place.

Byte avoidance, structured state and selective rehydration describe different parts of the BBF approach. Our glossary puts their plain-English meanings and examples in one reference.

Highlighted terms open a concise definition beside your reading. Close it to return to the same place, or open the full reference from the footer.

The explanations distinguish compact representations, exact file recovery, repeat-addition savings and the complete information needed for reconstruction.

Eight technologies. More ways to explore the work.

Our website now brings all eight technology families together through dedicated product pages, presentations and available product films or introductory chapters. Animated identities and a moving backdrop give each part of the family its own presence.

The latest update adds an interactive GLYX project-history illustration and a clearer Mac download guide. Choose an original or revised example to see why keeping useful history and recovering the exact version matter.

We have also checked desktop and phone layouts, improved motion and keyboard handling, repaired video seeking, and checked the internal news and product navigation. The journal will keep recording the next completed milestones.

Microsoft Store publisher account setup completed.

Beyond Brute Force Systems Limited has completed Microsoft Store company publisher account setup and accessed the Apps and games workspace.

GLYX Windows package verification and store submission remain ahead. Mac App Store preparation proceeds independently; each platform will have its own release announcement after the relevant testing and store acceptance.

The Microsoft AI Cloud Partner programme has its own verification process, which remains in progress in our current record.

Apple Developer enrollment accepted.

Apple has accepted our organisation’s Apple Developer Program enrollment, and the programme licence agreement is signed. We are preparing the signing and distribution work for GLYX on Mac.

Our Google Cloud Partner Finder profile remains listed. Microsoft Store publisher account setup is complete; the separate AI Cloud Partner verification remains in progress. We will announce app-store availability when the relevant release steps are complete.

GLYX Archive is ready to try on your Mac.

The free GLYX trial is available for supported Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 26 or later. It includes seven days from completed activation and 100 GB of cumulative original input on one Mac.

The Mac apps move through release preparation.

On 29 October, our private GLYX Archive preview supported creating, extending, verifying and restoring archives, with a separate Recovery app and compatibility with earlier app archives.

Its recorded native qualification passed 111 checks with zero failures. In the private GUI walkthroughs, each app restored seven files exactly; independent hashes found zero byte mismatches. Verification and restoration preserved the saved archive.

That 0.1.2 preview was an earlier development milestone. The free Mac trial launched on 1 November; use the current download guide for today’s version, compatibility and installation information.

From animated creatures to evolving worlds.

The Observatory and Spectral Horde bring compact animated creatures, detailed space scenes and interactive missions together. Our demonstrations give graphics, game and simulation teams a concrete starting point for exploring the technology.

Bring one scene or workload and a target platform. We can discuss a relevant private demonstration and agree a paid evaluation with clear measures for image quality, memory, time and complete deployment cost.

Eight technologies. Five new filings.

Five further UK patent applications bring our portfolio to eight: TokenHoloFold, GLYX Archive, Seed State OS, Expanding Worlds, HoloRenderer, Glyphtronix, Prooftronix and CogniGlyphonix.

The applications are pending. Each technology has its own evidence and development stage; the research pages set out their distinct roles.
