1. Did the answer finish the job?

Check the required parts and the actual combined answer before treating a supported task as complete.

2. A polished response can still miss a required part.

A task may ask for a summary, its supporting evidence and its limitations. Check the combined response as well as the individual pieces.

3. Make completion a checked result.

For a declared task, the checker can compare required obligations and supporting results with the actual combined response, and withhold an incomplete or unsupported release.

4. Three deliverables. One response.

The system produces a summary and evidence, but leaves the limitation out of the final response. A completion check needs to catch that missing part before release.

5. Check the required parts. Check the delivered whole.
  • State the permitted task and all required parts.
  • Collect current evidence for each part.
  • Check the actual combined response.
  • Release the supported result or return a clear refusal.
6. Catch missing work before it becomes rework.
  • Explicit acceptance conditions
  • Checks on the actual combined answer
  • Evidence continuity through a workflow
  • A traceable completion decision
7. Seventy-two turns. Eight hundred twenty-five checks.

The recorded offline response-checking component passed 72/72 targeted turns and 825/825 individual checks in its declared requirement suite.

A separate continuity exercise passed 16/16 fresh cases and 55/55 final controls.

8. Keep the checking history visible.

The continuity work also retains its earlier initial-control HOLD at 100/101. Later successful cases show progress without replacing the original development record.

Completion checking does not establish independent truth about outside facts or grant permission for protected actions. Count false releases, needless holds and checking cost in a buyer evaluation.

9. For AI products, automation and assurance teams.
  • AI-tool and assistant teams
  • Enterprise automation
  • Multi-part workflows with acceptance conditions
10. A distinct role in a wider system.

Glyphtronix represents a supported task and its relations; Prooftronix checks completion and release. TokenHoloFold provides a separate local execution example. A complete buyer workflow must test the combination end to end.

11. Bring a real workload. Agree the complete comparison.

Bring one composite task and examples with missing, stale, reordered and wrong-target information.

  • Bring one composite task with explicit acceptance conditions.
  • Include missing, reordered, stale and wrong-target examples.
  • Compare against a practical existing checking system on the same inputs.
