EVIDENCE BEFORE ACCEPTANCE

Check every part.
Check the whole answer.

  • AI product teams
  • Automation teams
  • Software QA teams

Stop incomplete work passing as a finished answer. Prooftronix checks the required parts, their supporting evidence and the actual combined response in supported workflows. Missing or mismatched work stays visible before release. For AI and automation teams, the opportunity is fewer silent omissions, clearer review records and less avoidable rework.

ProoftronixCHECKED COMPLETION

AI & AUTOMATION · CHECKED COMPLETION

A convincing answer
must also be complete.

An automated system can produce several good pieces and still miss the job it was asked to do. Prooftronix makes the requirements and the actual combined response part of the check.

CATCH THE OMISSION

Check the whole request.

Account for every required output in a supported task, including the combined answer. A passed component is useful evidence; the full request still needs its own check.

MAKE REVIEW USEFUL

Show what needs attention.

Keep missing evidence, failed conditions and unsupported results visible, so reviewers can focus on the unresolved work.

RETAIN THE RECORD

Trace the decision.

Keep a record of what was requested, checked and accepted. Evaluate whether that reduces silent errors, review effort and repeated work in your application.

A PRACTICAL EXAMPLE

Three deliverables. One complete result.

  1. The task requires a change summary, supporting evidence and limitations.
  2. The workflow supplies only the first two. The response may read well, but one obligation is still missing.
  3. The missing part remains visible before the workflow is accepted as complete.

Recorded component results include 72/72 targeted turns and 825/825 checks. A separate continuity study passed 16/16 fresh cases and 55/55 final controls; the earlier initial-control HOLD remains in the history below.

Across the wider BBF stack, compact representation, selective reconstruction and checked results can support richer workflows with less repeated data movement. Explore compact transfer and measured structured-state reconstruction →

APPLICATIONS TO EVALUATE

Make automation
easier to review.

AI workflow quality

Evaluate checks on multi-part answers, required evidence and omitted obligations before a supported response is released.

Data and reporting pipelines

Evaluate whether required records, summaries and source references are present together at the delivery boundary.

Internal automation tools

Give reviewers a clearer record of unmet conditions and acceptance decisions. Measure full review effort against your existing checks.

HOW YOU COULD USE IT

Review the handoff.
Keep every obligation.

A defined workflow needs to identify its source, describe the change and record its current state. Check those obligations and the actual combined response before accepting the handoff.

  1. 01State the permitted operation and expected outcome.
  2. 02Supply the required current evidence.
  3. 03Run the operation and its acceptance checks.
  4. 04Release the supported result or return a clear refusal.

WHAT THE WORK SHOWS

A result you can inspect.

One recorded offline study passed 72 targeted turns and 825 checks. A separate continuity study passed 16 fresh cases and 55 final controls; its earlier initial-control failure remains in the test history. These studies check declared task requirements and delivered responses.

PUT IT TO WORK

Start with your application.

Bring a task where missing one requested output causes rework or manual review. Define what a complete result must contain, then compare correct releases, incomplete outputs, unnecessary holds and total review effort.

The checks concern ordered request requirements and the actual combined response submitted for checking. A comparison with an equally capable checking system should measure false releases, unnecessary holds and complete review overhead.

These are finite component correctness counts. They do not establish independent truth, all-domain safety, protected-action authority or a customer error-rate improvement. The TokenHoloFold film and its integrated-route results are a separate application example.
