You can stop using the trial
You can stop using GLYX at any time. There is no trial payment to cancel and no automatic renewal to switch off. You do not need to buy anything to avoid a charge.
When trial writing ends
Writing access ends when your original seven-day period or cumulative 100 GB input allowance ends. Keep your archive, matching recovery key and matching GLYX Recovery app (called Reader in earlier versions). Compatible local recovery remains available without payment; a password reset does not replace the archive key.
Closing your account
To request account closure or erasure, email hello@beyondbruteforce.com with a clear statement of what you want and the account concerned. We may need proportionate ownership checks and will explain any necessary retained records. Do not send a password, recovery key or authentication link. Closing the hosted account does not delete local archives or keys from your Mac. Our privacy notice explains retention and your rights.
Faults, complaints and your rights
If the app does not work as described, contact hello@beyondbruteforce.com with its version, your macOS version and the redacted error. We will investigate and explain the available options. Nothing on this page asks you to waive statutory rights or excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Payments
This ordinary free trial takes no payment, so there is no trial charge to refund. Paid checkout is not enabled as part of this offer. No paid plan or recurring payment is created by account sign-up or Mac approval.
