Your software supplier

Beyond Brute Force Systems Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17495620. Registered office: 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE. Product support: hello@beyondbruteforce.com.

What the monthly plan provides

Paid writing access for the current supported Apple Silicon Mac release on one approved Mac. Paid access has no cumulative original-input byte quota. It does not promise unlimited physical storage, a fixed compression ratio or support for files larger than the release’s import limits. See compatibility and release information. Windows, mobile and browser editions are separate development work.

Files and archive recovery keys remain yours. This release processes archives locally and does not offer a shared structure hub or hosted archive backup. Keep independent originals until you have checked restoration, and back up your archives, matching keys and compatible Recovery app.

Price and renewal

The plan’s GBP price is £4.99 each month, inclusive of applicable tax at that GBP price. Checkout may offer a local-currency price. Review the final currency, total, taxes and renewal details shown by Link before paying. A subscription starts only when you expressly purchase it; ordinary account signup, Mac approval and the seven-day free trial do not authorise a charge.

Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled. We will not add a different paid plan or change your agreed recurring price through a webpage edit alone. Purchases are subject to the locations and payment methods supported for this transaction at checkout.

Payment through Link

This offer uses Stripe Managed Payments, with Link as merchant of record for the transaction. Link presents its payment terms, processes payment and sends transaction receipts and invoices. The billing identity shown on a receipt or statement may refer to Link. We remain your contact for GLYX software and product support. Link transaction support explains purchases sold through Link.

Activation and connection

Use your verified GLYX account and approve the Mac with the matching device fingerprint before subscribing. Successful payment is checked by our server; a browser return page or payment screenshot alone does not activate writing. Return to GLYX and refresh paid access.

Paid writing uses signed permissions lasting at most ten minutes before another account check is needed. A working connection is required for these refreshes. Failed payments, refunds, disputes or the end of paid access can prevent further writing; an already-issued permission may remain valid until its expiry.

Cancellation and refunds

Upgraded to a paid plan? Account closure and subscription cancellation are separate steps. Cancel the subscription through Link purchases or the management link in your transaction email before requesting account closure, and keep the cancellation confirmation. An account-closure email is not an automatic billing cancellation. If you cannot access the management link, contact BBF support with your order reference and explicitly ask for help stopping renewal. Do not send card details, passwords or archive keys.

Manage or cancel a subscription through your Link purchases or the management link in your transaction email. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future subscription charges. You can also contact BBF support for help. Cancellation normally leaves access available until the end of an already-paid period; a refund or dispute can change that period’s eligibility.

For a payment or refund query, contact Link transaction support or BBF. Describe the problem without sending card details, passwords or archive keys. These terms do not remove any cancellation, refund or faulty-content rights that apply under mandatory consumer law where you live.

Your consumer cancellation rights

If you are a UK consumer, you can cancel your initial online purchase within 14 days after the contract is made. We do not treat download, activation or this purchase checkbox as a waiver of that right. Contact BBF or Link support with your order reference and a clear request to cancel. Mandatory rights in other locations continue to apply.

Optional cancellation form

To Beyond Brute Force Systems Limited, 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE; hello@beyondbruteforce.com: I give notice that I cancel my GLYX Archive subscription contract. Order reference: __. Ordered on: __. Consumer name: __. Consumer address: __. Date: __. Signature only if submitted on paper. You can use this form or send another clear statement.

Recovery stays independent

Compatible local archive recovery remains available without an active subscription, account sign-in or payment, using the matching Recovery app and recovery key. Ending a subscription does not delete your local archives or keys. An account-password reset does not replace a lost archive recovery key.

Billing privacy and support

The GLYX privacy notice continues to apply to account and app operations. For a paid purchase, Link and its payment providers process the payment details you submit there under their notices and terms. BBF receives the billing identifiers and subscription/payment status needed to connect your purchase to your account, handle support and retain necessary business records. Your archive contents and recovery key are not required for payment or support.

Contact hello@beyondbruteforce.com for product problems. We aim to send an initial reply within two UK working days; this is a target, not a guaranteed resolution time. Use Link support for transaction enquiries. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
